By booking a tour with Satudaya Jelajah Nusantara, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline your rights and obligations, as well as the Company’s, when you book and participate in any tour package. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Reservation

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or via email.
  • Hotel booking and other tour component will be made after Down Payment has been paid and confirmed.
  • If the booking is made within 14 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.

2. Payment Terms

  • 25 % Down Payment non refundable upon agrreement.
  • 75% Payment balance paid 30 days before trip
  • For immediate trip, Full Payment is required upon booking.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices quoted are per person or group package and include transportation, accommodation, meals, and tour services as specified in the package.
  • The Company reserves the right to change prices due to fluctuations in fuel, exchange rates, or other external factors. Any price adjustments will be communicated to the customer promptly.
  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other payment method upon agreement.

4. Cancelation

  • 15-30 days before departure will be charged 40% from tour price
  • 08-14 days before departure will be charged 50% from tour price
  • 07 days before departure will be charged 100% from tour price

Tour Modifications by the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the tour itinerary for reasons such as safety concerns, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.

5. Travel Insurance

  • The Company strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of luggage.
  • The Company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings.

7. Health and Safety

  • Customers must inform the Company of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking.
  • The Company will make reasonable accommodations but is not responsible for any medical conditions that may arise during the tour.
  • All travelers must comply with local safety regulations and the guidance of tour guides and staff.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, staff, and local communities.
  • The Company reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour for inappropriate behavior without refund.
