Sandi began her journey in the industry as a First Aid Assistant, blending her passion for outdoor activities, culture, and sustainability to establish Jelajah Outdoor. With experience in community-based tourism development, she is an avid traveler and fly angler who actively promotes environmental care and sustainability. Her dedication shaped Jelajah Outdoor into a benchmark for outdoor programs in Indonesia.
Oot began his career as a First Aid Assistant, advancing to become a certified Facilitator in 2005. As Facilitator, he has worked with groups domestically and internationally, including in Southeast Asia. Known for his calm and receptive nature, Oot holds certifications in Experiential Learning, Wilderness Risk Management, and Training Methodology. As Co-Founder and Program Director of Jelajah Outdoor, he focuses on ensuring excellence, safety, and sustainability across all programs.
Soel, one of founder of the Asosiasi Experiential Learning Indonesia (AELI), is a renowned figure in Experiential Learning. He has worked as an instructor and facilitator in Indonesia, the U.S., and Asia, now still freelancing globally, primarily in Asia. Known for his firm yet receptive approach, he is a certified Wilderness First Responder and Risk Management expert and serves as an SKKNI formulator and Assessor for BNSP. As Program Development Director at Jelajah Outdoor, his expertise is invaluable.
